Her favorite aspect of the job revolves around working closely with individuals, answering their questions, and ensuring they are well-informed throughout their real estate journeys. In addition to her dedication to the field, Jamie is an active member of the American Land Title Association and the Tennessee Land Title Association, showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. Beyond the professional realm, Jamie finds joy and relaxation on the golf course, her happy place, and at the beach, which holds a close second in her heart. Family and friends are paramount in her life, and she relishes every opportunity to spend quality time with them. In addition to her thriving career, personal pursuits, and industry involvement, Jamie actively contributes to her community. As one of the leaders of the College & Career group at Hope Community Church, she is dedicated to serving and guiding young adults. This commitment reflects her strong sense of community, empathy, and a genuine desire to positively influence the lives of others.

Ashley brings the "mind of an agent" directly to the title industry. As a retired Realtor, she has been in the trenches and understands firsthand exactly what a seamless closing means—not just to an agent's reputation, but to an investor's bottom line and a buyer or seller's peace of mind. Her favorite part of this business, and the very reason she made the switch to title insurance, is the unique opportunity to serve as a truly neutral, proactive partner for everyone at the closing table. Because Ashley can anticipate roadblocks before they happen, she prioritizes clear communication and treats every transaction with the urgency and care it deserves.

When Ashley isn't ensuring smooth closings, you can find her channeling her creativity into painting, sketching, and writing. She also loves diving into true crime documentaries, hitting the hiking trails with friends, and exploring new places with her family.

Brittany

With several years in the financial services industry, Brittany is experienced in helping consumers and business owners achieve their financial goals. She has a deep love for problem-solving and piecing complex situations together to deliver results that make people happy. In addition to her strong background in Client Services, Brittany brings marketing experience to the team, allowing her to create engaging content that captures the heart of how we serve our community.

That passion for service is exactly what drew her to title insurance. Her favorite part of this industry is getting to witness and be a part of such important milestones—whether it is supporting our industry partners as they advance in their careers or helping their clients successfully find a place to call home.

When she is off the clock, she is busy enjoying the outdoors and spending quality time with family. You can usually find her hosting cookouts, kayaking, heading to the beach, swimming, or fishing. She also loves staying active working on landscaping/home projects and tapping into her creative side by painting with acrylics.

Emily

Closing Specialist-Escrow Officer

Emily is extremely detail- and checklist-oriented, bringing five years of industry experience and a passion for fast learning to the team. Her favorite part of working in title insurance is managing the escrow side of things—there is nothing quite like the excitement of getting to send money to people at the end of a successful deal! Emily truly loves taking care of all the back-end business of a transaction, ensuring everything runs perfectly so that all parties involved can feel completely at ease. For her, the greatest reward is being a seamless part of helping people achieve their ultimate real estate goals.

When she isn't working, she enjoys staying active and being outdoors. You can usually find her lifting weights, dancing, swimming, exploring the local food scene for new restaurants, or spending as much time as possible outside with her pup.
